Welcome to CS24India (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website [www.cs24india.com] or availing our services including Google 360° Virtual Tours, Website Development, Digital Marketing, Corporate Videography, and SEO Maintenance (collectively referred to as the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing, browsing, or using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and CS24India.
2. Services Offered: CS24India provides Google 360° Virtual Tours, Website Design & Development, Digital Marketing and Social Media Management, Corporate Videography & Photography, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Maintenance. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each service will be defined in a written proposal, quotation, or agreement shared prior to commencement.
3. Payments and Billing: All payments must be made as per the agreed quotation or proposal. Work will commence only after receiving the required advance payment (usually 50% unless otherwise agreed). Remaining payment must be made upon completion or before delivery of the final project. In case of delay in payment, CS24India reserves the right to suspend or terminate services. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Intellectual Property Rights: All designs, graphics, code, images, videos, and other deliverables remain the intellectual property of CS24India until full payment is received. After full payment, the client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their business purposes. CS24India reserves the right to display the completed project in its portfolio or for promotional purposes.
5. Client Responsibilities: The client must provide accurate information, content, and feedback in a timely manner; ensure that all materials provided (images, text, logos, etc.) are owned or licensed for use; and review and approve deliverables before the final handover. CS24India shall not be liable for delays caused due to incomplete client inputs or approvals.
6. Revisions and Modifications: Minor revisions are included as per the agreed service plan. Major changes or additional requirements after project approval may attract additional charges, depending on the scope of work.
7. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation requests must be made in writing. The advance payment is non-refundable once work has commenced. CS24India reserves the right to cancel any project due to breach of agreement or non-cooperation by the client.
8. Limitation of Liability: CS24India will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or inability to use, technical errors, third-party platform changes, or downtime beyond our control, or losses due to client-provided content violations or misuse. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.
9. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
10. Third-Party Services: Some services may involve third-party tools (e.g., Google, hosting providers, payment gateways). CS24India is not responsible for any issues or limitations arising from such third-party platforms.
11. Termination: We may terminate or suspend services without prior notice if you violate these Terms or fail to make payment as agreed.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
